It could be revitalizing to hold objects or do figure eights into the air or wave the arms while taking regular breaths. A similar effect can be obtained by breathing air into the lung while pulling the abdomen inward.
It is not uncommon for various individuals to feel light-headed or dizzy while performing breathing exercises. If that occurs, the exercises have to be stopped right away.
